A1: Yes. Violet Hair was certificate by Chinese Hair Inspection Center. It is full cuticle
aligned hair without any chemical. It is 100% original raw unprocessed virgin human hair.

A2: Because the customer needs is different in different markets. So we prepare a lot
of different grades of hair to meet the needs of each customer. The factors that determine hair price are texture, thick,
length,and dyeing color.
Q3, How long does it last?
A3: It depends on how you maintain it. Treat it like your own hair and take very good care of it can last for over 1 year.
Q4, Why are my hair extensions getting tangled?
A4: It may happen if the hair is too dry.Please make sure to wash & condition your hair at least once a week, twice a week is
better.
Q5, Can they be dyed or bleached?
A5:Yes. All the hair can be dyed and bleached to the color you want except #613, but you need to do it professionally to get
thecolor without damage the hair. Please do not dye or bleach the hair frequently.
Q6, Why the hair has gray hair?
A6: As virginhair, we keep its original state. We pick out the gray hair before packing, but please kindly understand there might
be someminimum exist in the bundle.

A7: 12"-14": 2 bundles
16"-20": 3 bundles
